Withdraw funds

it's been more than 3 days since i tried to withdraw funds and it's still "pending" although it's written that it takes only 1 day to withdraw funds to my payoneer account ...so i don't know what is the problem.

can you help me please ?

  Many thanks for your message.

  Usually withdrawals can take up to 3 working days and we have just had a Bank Holiday weekend these last 3 days.

  Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
