Withdraw fund still pending

I requested two funds withdrawals on 27th April and they are still showing as pending. Why is it taking so long for them to be processed?

  Hello Joanne.

  Many thanks for your message, withdrawals can take up to 3 working days to process however we do try to make sure they are processed quicker than this. We have just had a Bank Holiday weekend so please request you be patient with the pending withdrawal.
