Is the withdrawal cut off time 12pm or 1pm?

  Sorry about that. The cut off is 12 pm only, we always try to process all the payments that are placed by this time but on some occasions, they get delayed when we have high amount of pending requests. 
  
  With regards to your new withdrawal request, I'm glad to confirm that your withdrawal request has been approved and funds are processed to your account.
