I HAVE NOT RECEIVED MY £30 IN ESCROW
I paid £30.00 in escrow and was informed that it has been refunded to my PPH account. However, I have still not received any refund into my account. My experience has been very disappointing and I feel upset. I paid with my bank card so my money should be paid into my bank account and not a PPH account that I cannot access to spend the money.
