No response from seller, what happens to my deposit?
I have accepted a proposal and deposited the requested amount. However, there are no communications from the seller. Can I use the deposit to hire someone else?

Hello Haytham
Thank you for your message.
I'm very sorry to hear about this. I can see you have raised the refund request on today and the seller has been notified to take action on it.
If the seller approves the request then the funds will be transferred to your wallet shortly and if the seller does not respond to the refund request within 3 working days (i.e. excluding Saturdays, Sundays and UK public holidays) then PPH will release the funds automatically back to you as a “non-actioned” Refund Request.
In case, if they dispute then our dispute team will look into the matter and provide resolution on behalf of both the parties.
Please let me know if I can help you with anything else.
Thank you.Comment actions -
I'm getting on in years. It's possible that I may die while still working on PPH and have funds in my account. I need to tell my executors what to do about funds in my account.
I imagine that on receipt of a death certificate then if there are any funds in escrow then PPH will inform my customer/s and refund the money. And that if there is any money in my PPH account that will be returned to my estate.
Problem is - I can't see anywhere where a non-PPH member can "Contact PPH" - no phone number, no "contact us", no email address.
Please advise.
Thanks,
Keith.
