Charged more than the invoice amount

 Hi

The invoice amount is £60.00 however people per hour have charged me £63.60?

The invoice doesn't match up with the amount released from my account which doesn't match my accounting software!!

  We cannot match Invoices from people who have done work because there are added amounts and we need your Invoice for the additions! Please.
