Changes in name prevent from withdrawing my pay

I changed my name to my married name and sent this site photo of my bank details with new name as well as marriage certificate.....no changes made. As a result of the lack of response from PPH, the money which I earned two months ago still sits in PPH wallet and I keep getting automatic responses my names do not match! I wonder whether anyone actually checks the documents sent by hourlies? It is not fair to keep the money even all evidence has been submitted!

Very lengthy and frustrating......
