2 email notification for one message

Dear PPH,

I have noticed that I am start getting 2 email notification from one message.

If some one message me or I message to my client than I/my client get 2 email notification with same content.

 

Please look this on the high priority as one of my client very annoyed and shouted on me about too  many messages.

  I receive 2 notifications whenever seller messages. But then I can clearly see that on the workstream seller only posted once and it is not the seller who is sending duplicate messages but PPH website is doing it.

  But idiot clients cannot understand that and decide to burst out on the first people they can abuse and get away with,.

  No, It is not resolved yet. Even PPH did not respond on this.

  I am also getting this. As of the last week or so all messages coming twice to my email.

  20 days later and this still hasn't been resolved. Still getting duplicate notifications for every message.

  I have posted this ticket 17th march but still this issue is not resolved?

  Is this services you are providing us? we all are paying you as a service charges on each earning, than why this issue is not resolved after 20 days?

  May I know why this is so slow response?

  You guys not working to improve the website and it's conversion rate. you find the alternate way to earn the money from us to increase the service charges. It will be better if you guys improve the website's feature and conversion rate rather than increasing the services charges.
