I can't select skills

Hi, 

I am a new user looking to join your site, but I cannot for the life of me add my skills through your drop down menu. Nothing comes up or saves. Either your interface is bugging out or you don't recognize any type of skill, I'll bet on the former.

I've been trying to do this for two days now. If this isn't rectified soon I'll more than likely look elsewhere to advertise my services.
