Generic logo packs

Why does it seem to be acceptable to pass off generic logo packs as ones own work and call yourself an art director? Just went on one individual's profile and then googled generic logo packs and was able to pick out most of his 'portfolio'. This is called plagiarism, not creativity. I was wondering why most of the sellers applying for a certain job were able to do it so cheaply. Answer: It's not their own work. It misleads clients who may be getting a product which is far from original and may have been used many times over. Worse it undercuts those of us who do genuinely develop original logos and branding.
