forgot my security question

Here I want to ask and find a solution. When I want to make a payment, There is a question for my security, Of the question I certainly make, And when I give the answer of the security why is it wrong? But I certainly remember and note for the answer, And how is the solution? Please help. thank you

  Hey, i cant access  my payments. There is a security question, of which when i provide the answer it is noting that it is incorrect. I am not certain the answer is correct and i think i have forgot it .  Please kindly help me i want to withdraw my payment please help me to solve this issue ASAP. thank you
