Put money in escrow but seller never did any work. Refund required.

Hi.

I am a buyer and I engaged with a seller called Marie P for her to write a course for me on Backpacking. I lodged £225 in escrow on 28th April. Marie P was scheduled to finish project by 15th May. To date, despite repeated requests, Marie P has not submitted any work at all. This morning I cancelled the project in writing with her. I need to get my escrow money of £225 back. Can you please advise the procedure?

  Hello Steven, many thanks for your message.

  To request a refund all you have to do is go into the workstream attached to the job and click on 'request refund'
