Increase Turnaround for Hourlies

Is there a way to increase an hourlie turnaround time? i think it seems a little unreallistic to have the maximum days at 5 (unless i am missing something where it can be increased)

Especially with revisions, time zone differences and waiting for other party to communicate.

This can really be an issue with being able to deliver on time.
