  I want to make an interim payment to two contractors who have completed quite a lot of work. 

  You system is totally inadequate in terms of dealing with payment. 

  I'm just being sent around in circles all the time. 

  How do I make payments cfrom my escrow account or phhp account?

  Hi,
  I paid to escrow $90 ($99.6 with the fees) but it's showing on my record's $50 deposit (Not $90)
  I did't like the seller job & I asked for full refund . He refunded $40 and it's showing that I paid only $50

  Can someone call me & let me know what is going on.
