Not all the work was delivered. Apparently I have a fifth of the work and this was apparently wrong. And I already paid a part. What should I do?

  Contact your seller, communicate and explain that the work is not complete, what is wrong and what needs to be fixed, the system allows minimum of two revisions and most of freelancers will offer unlimited revision...

  Once you are OK with the first part, you can move to the next.
