    I have been told I had to pay a deposit of half £150 upfront and now he is not responding to my messages.  He has created 10% of the project and has gone from being really communicative to nothing.  The project is now 4 days late, with no apologies.  I even did some of the work to help.

    I created a detailed brief that he agreed before taking the work.  He basically has produced a template and half the front page, I completed the front page and can show what work he did and I have done.  He was only producing 4 pages for £300 but I wanted it done to a high standard.

    My time on PPH has been a mix of very good and very bad experiences, and I think the bad is starting to make make it not worth it.  With the stress it causes.

    I have recently deposited some money (£600.00) via BAC's 6 days ago and I am yet to see it appear in my account. Can you please advise? All your contact numbers are discounted...

    Support says look for button to get refund and cancel job. THERE IS NOT SUCH BUTTON>  AND ANSWERS SHOULD NOT TAKE 24 hours when people are waiting for work !!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

    You have to learn how to do business better. I never should have used a website outside the US

    I haven't been able to speak with anyone from People Per Hour, despite trying for the last 3 days! I have located an email address 'support@' as well as emailing the usual 'mail & info@' which just sends me an automated 'Support tickets cannot be created via email' I have tried your portal support however I have not received any response. I have also located an office telephone number however all lines are dead. Even your FB page has an automated robot chat which doesn't answer the question! You don't offer any post/email functions on your FB page.

    I deposited £600.00 into 'my account' on 5th Dec 17 (8 days ago) with the correct reference GL000XX (Please email for full ref). I am yet to see this money deposited into my account. But more worrying is the inability to contact anybody through the various channels. 

    The monies were paid by a UK bank account with the business name of: XXXXXX
    People per hour account name: XXXX. (This information has been sent directly)

    Can you please confirm that you have receipted my monies and the amount will be credited to my account? I was advised this would take a maximum of 3 days.

    I should never use an off shore company again. They don't know what they are doing and certain from here in the US it is ridiculous. I am stuck with having paid and they are terrible in responding. They tell me to select buttons that don't even exist
