Stuck on first page of member application - continue button doesn't work.

Hi.

I've filled in all the fields on page 1 of setting up my profile, but clicking on continue doesn't take me to the next page. Tthe aadress bar refreshes for a moment and then nothing happens.

Help is greatly appreciated! Thanks!
