MY CLIENT NOT PAYING, HE SAID HE CANT OPEN THE FILE

Hi, my client post a job to draw some pop art drawing... i finish the digital drawing in photoshop and he said he can't open in illustrator... i think thats not my problem anymore, since digital artist dont use illustrator for drawing... i help him how to convert file and im sending converted files eps. AI. etc. i even show him tutorial in youtube.. and he is not doing anything.. he keep he's excuses. this is my first job here and i have 2 more pending jobs to do  and this is alarming for me... and the hell keeping my jobs on delay.. help.
