PROBATION PERIOD FAILED

My seller dashboard goes like this: Your probation period with us at peopleperhour.com has failed and therefore all seller actions are locked We wish you well in your future endeavours.

I cannot contact my client now, I don't even know that pph have probation here, what does it even mean?.
I had done more than 16 jobs and my profile is working on 95% and still some jobs is under progress (working stage ) so I can't still be in probation or whatever it is right? My priority now is to be able to contact my current clients which I am still working for? can somebody please tell what is going on? Please check and fix this asap then I will work continue as before.
Please suggest me when I have done 16 jobs and got BEST review and my rating is 95% more than 4 CERT then why my seller account blocked.
I want to know what is the criteria to pass probation period. ??
I think, I have completed my probation and getting jobs as regular .
please give me genuine answer and resolve my prob.
