How to get payement and complete WorkStream?

Hello Sir,

Here I'm a new seller. I do not know how to get payment from buyer and complete WorkStream.

1. Today I send a fixed prize proposal like

"#1500207 I need 2 High quality Large Images from Shuttestock"

2. The buyer accept my proposal

"Buyer has deposited $10.00 in your Escrow Account so you can get cracking."

3. Then I start my work and submit there my final work by attache option. And Buyer get this file and feel happy.

4. Then I create a $10 invoice in there.

But Now buyer not response me and not accept till now.

So my question "Am I not payment if buyer not accept invoice?"

Or how can I do for get payment?

Please Answer Me ....and Help me please .
