Unfair fees
1. I accepted a proposal for £155
2. I made a payment via PayPal to cover the price (£47.86 deposit then £116.10 to cover the rest; I didn't even notice that was more than the total although I guess it was a fee for using PayPal.)
3. The same day the seller refunded in full giving a reason of 'wrong option' which I don't understand.
4. PPH sent me a message to say they'd refunded the £155 but also charged a £15.50 cancellation fee even though it was not my fault that the job was cancelled.
5. How can I get the £15.50 fee refunded? When the amount is returned, PayPal issue PPH with a refund of fees so how do I get those PayPal fees back too?
