It's very sad that they've done this. It was 1.9% then jumped to 5% and now 10%.

We will definitely stop using this service as the buyer fee is just too high!

This issue needs to be resolved asap.

This should never have been a ticket opened response.

This should be a public statement issued to all PPH users as this subject has been raised several times.

There is legislation in the UK that states that processing costs cannot be artificially enhanced to profit from them, yet despite there being no payment processor that charges £0.60 plus 10%,and PPH claims it is only passing on the costs it is charged for processing payments, there is a massive gap that needs explaining and publicly, not one to one.

I'm not sure PPH is UK based-company.

    https://www.peopleperhour.com/site/aboutus (nothing about em!)

No phone number no address, no contact details.

Reality PPH is based on nowhere : you can officially read it here :

    http://blog.peopleperhour.com/team/

    IT SAYS :London, Athens, Rajahmundry

The entire platform is run by a few people you can count on your fingers which is a miracle I think.

They are London based. Set up by Xenios Thrasyvoulou. Personal address is on companies house.

when they started there used to be a number for customer services, but in time they removed the details to online contact only.

I got an email to say they have now changed the fees to select legislation.

Buyers now are charge 0.60p + 5% card fee + 5% service fee.

So basically they are still charging the same and still breaking UK legislation.

It will be interesting to see what they do in Jan 2018, when the law are changed again.

I feel completely let down, they have raised fees for only new sellers, fixing the old rate for old sellers but have stuck the middle finger up to buyers both new & old.

The free bank deposit route has now been closed too in the UK. So there's no option but to pay a buyer fee of OVER 10%. It's ridiculous, a great shame, and I'm taking my business elsewhere.

this is what we are up against - even the staff haven't got a clue, and they don't seem to care either.

    0-350$  20%

    350-7000$  7,5%

In my case, I earn over 350$ already, and in my next 100$ fees is 20% again.

    What happen? I need answer!
