Buyer Fees, Seller Fees - ripoff
OK, I need clear answers :
1- PPH do not charge a fee to the Buyer. PPH only pass on payment processing fees = £0.6 + 10% ??????? TEN PERCENT ARE YOU SERIOUS ?
it's not 1 , not 2 not 3 not 5 not 7,5 not even 8,99 or 9,75 it's 10% why not 20% same as seller fees?
How payment processing fees jumped from 2,4% or so to 10% ? and what the 10% is for ? it's like telling me that you are paying Paypal 10% processing fees ?
2- Seller fees, the blog post VS terms pages
http://blog.peopleperhour.com/blogroll/important-announcement-regarding-service-fees/
Is the £50 | €60 | $65 Blackmail official or not ? as it's not mentioned in the terms page.
I won't ever accept to pay 20% fees , if this happens will certainly stop using PPH.

This should never have been a ticket opened response.
This should be a public statement issued to all PPH users as this subject has been raised several times.
There is legislation in the UK that states that processing costs cannot be artificially enhanced to profit from them, yet despite there being no payment processor that charges £0.60 plus 10%,and PPH claims it is only passing on the costs it is charged for processing payments, there is a massive gap that needs explaining and publicly, not one to one.

I'm not sure PPH is UK based-company.
https://www.peopleperhour.com/site/aboutus (nothing about em!)
No phone number no address, no contact details.
Reality PPH is based on nowhere : you can officially read it here :

IT SAYS :London, Athens, Rajahmundry
The entire platform is run by a few people you can count on your fingers which is a miracle I think.

I got an email to say they have now changed the fees to select legislation.
Buyers now are charge 0.60p + 5% card fee + 5% service fee.
So basically they are still charging the same and still breaking UK legislation.
It will be interesting to see what they do in Jan 2018, when the law are changed again.

I feel completely let down, they have raised fees for only new sellers, fixing the old rate for old sellers but have stuck the middle finger up to buyers both new & old.

this is what we are up against - even the staff haven't got a clue, and they don't seem to care either.
