Charges to buyers

I would just like to register my disgust at the fact that PPH claims not to charge buyers but is adding 10% - yes 10% PLUS a 60p fee to invoices paid by all common payment methods - eg paypal or credit/debit card.

There is a bank transfer option which warns that it takes 4-5 days - it is unfair for me to make a seller wait that long to have a payment processed.

As a small business owner myself, I would be lynched if I tried to charge my customers anything for payment online.

In fact, as a small business, the paypal charges are still way less than 10% so this is nothing short of profiteering on the part of pph.

I think I may use one of the MANY OTHER platforms available in future to avoid being ripped off.

As you can tell, I am pretty angry about this!

  10% is really sick, and super unrealistic , we all know about payment processing fees, nothing is in the range of 5%
