Hi

I am facing a problem of Identification documents. My document has been rejected and they gave the reason of "Please provide an actual photo of your proof of address exhibit" But I provide my post paid bill that contain my address actual photo. but they again reject my document. And now i am unable to withdraw money form PPH Account. 

My Query

1. I am provide my post paid bill actual photo that contain my address but they reject my document and his reason is "Please provide an actual photo of your proof of address exhibit".

2. Because of the the document verification, i am unable to withdraw my money from PPH Account.

Please short out thist issue quickly. its creating a problem to me
