Query over PPH fees

 Hi there,

I recently had invoice Invoice #1505723-4 paid by my client for £81.26. When it cleared through your system I received £61.76, which means the PPH fees totalled 24% of the original total. Is this correct?

Please let me know how this breaks down, asap, so I can review my pricing strategy accordingly.

  Yes 20% , plus VAT.
