"Your Invoice wasn't approved"
Hello. I've received an email from your team, stating
" we would like to inform you that your account remains unverified. Therefore we are unable to release your invoice payment to the Seller. Please login to your PPH account and follow this link in order to verify your account https://www.peopleperhour.com/settings/idDocuments?autoOpen=1. "
The fact is, when I open the link, my account already seem verified with no further action required on my part. Infact, I have already received payment for an earlier work a month ago.
I understand that I am not the only one who's had this issue, but I thought that opening a new question would be the best way to talk about it. If I need to submit again my documents, just let me know.
