Unfair cancellation fee when Seller is at fault. uncompleted job and seller cancelled
I find it incredible that the Buyer is penalized why a seller hasn't completed a job (infact they haven't even begun it! this is the issue) and then the seller cancels the job and I lose out!
This is the first time I have used PPH and have been very unsatisfied. My seller agreed to a quick turn around of 3 days for a job.. kept pushing the deadlines out and missing them! Then dropped off the face of the earth for over a week and then on return repromised further deadlines and continued to keep missing them. Then they cancelled on me after I demanded a set deadline and asked about a reduce price! I was extremely fair and only persevered because they had a good profile and a TOP PPH SELLER but the problem is these TOP sellers are getting a lot of traffic and too many jobs they can't handle in a timely manner. I have missed job applications waiting for my seller to even start the work
Please refund me the £10 fee that was so unfairly deducted from my account. I want the funds in my bank and not just on this website please.
