Can't Re-Submit Application

Hello,

I can't re-submit application on my account. When I click on the dashboard I receive this message:

A few changes needed to start selling!

After a close review of your application we've determined that to accept to sell on PeoplePerHour, You need to take the following action: Provide a genuine profile picture.

I've changed my profile picture, but when I click on Re-submit Button, nothing happens.

Can you help me, please?
