Hi, 

I am in contact with a buyer for a job and he sent me the briefing a couple a day ago.

Unfortunately the price he fixed is so low that even any negotiation is impossible.

I cannot work for so less money, it is totally far from the reality.

Can I go back now and refuse the job?

  From the same workstream cancel it and send your client full refund, enter reason of the refund.
