I don't have a paypal account, can't I withdraw it in my friend's paypal account?

I want to withdraw the amount available in my account, but I got a notification that your account name not matched with paypal given, I unable to withdraw it now. I have given screen shot of my friend's paypal account and all other stuff needed. If the payment is not getting withdrawn, then I would love to change the profile name of mine to my friend's name. Can I change my name?

  No, You can't.

  Use Payoneer, they offer debit cards and Local bank transfers.
