    Thank you for your message.

    Sorry to hear about this. In this case, you have to get your name changed to your actual name then we can verify the documents that you provided, so please confirm for name change so that I can update it from my end as you cannot change it from your side.

    Hi Kelly,

    Thanks so much for getting back to me.

    I think this is sorted - I've changed my name and sent the supporting docs.

    I was able to withdraw the funds in the account to my PayPal although I see on the settings the ID is still under review?

    For now, it looks OK.
