MONEY IS STILL IN ESCROW AFTER INVOICE RASIED & PROJECT DELIVERED & INVOICE ACCEPTED BY BUYER

Hi PPH Team,

I have completed my project, delivered it to client and client has accepted my raised invoiced and give me a good feedback of my work. but PPH Support Team did not approved this payment and money went to the Escrow. PPH Team gave the reason that your account is unverified and submit your document. Now my all document has verified. i again raised an invoice and message to client please accept it. but buyer did not give any response of my message. Now i want  a help from your side please revert back your decision and transfer this money from Escrow account to my PPH account.
