Work done but Client disappeared. How to get paid?

In my workstream with Edwill, everything was going nicely until he simply disappeared. I haven't heard back from him for over a week now. He accepted my proposal and i have finished work and sent it. How can i get the funds from escrow now since he's not there to accept my invoice? Should i even raise invoice? What to do? Thank you

  Wait for the client to show up, if the work was complete, delivered and accepted raise invoice, Buyer will have to pay/reject it, if no response it will be paid auto within 15 days.
