Withdrawal Account issue

I am having an issue with my withdrawal account.

there is no withdrawal account in my PPH account but when ever I try to use the payoneer account as my withdrawal account it says Payoneer is already your withdrawal account but it is not!!

  Hi,

   

  kindly help me. I have already verified payoneer account attached by pph also verified my payoneer account has been activated but i can't withdraw my fund from pph to payoneer pph saying please create your withdrawal account.

  My account is 100% verified with every single document, but suddenly I got a situation, where I am unable to make a withdraw of my Payments.

  Please let me know, what is the issue? I also also attached my documents in the support ticket. 

  Is their someone that respond me asap?
