Account verification pending

I added a Payoneer account, as well as bank account several days ago. Both are still pending.  Does it usually take so long, or is there some sort of problem? Please advise.

  Thank you for your message.

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
