DEAR PPH TEAM,

I want to change my Last Name. Because my Actual Name is KARTHIK GANESH S/O MOORTHI. but my ID is show on KARTHIK MOORTHI. 

Here i have attached my DRIVING LICENCE, AUTHAR Card and PAN Card for your reference.

My Paypal accounts also Using this same name. your payment method was not accepted for this issue.

So kindly Change my LAST NAME: MOORTHI and accept my payment method.

  Dear PPH Team,

  Kindly Help me to Change My Name Because my Paypal Account is not matched to my profile name. The verification was not accepted for this issue.

  Here above i am attached my all the ID Proofs. Please Check and change my name.
