Payoneer account not approved

Hi. My Payoneer account was not approved because I uploaded the wrong document without checking the example provided. I have uploaded the correct snapshot now and saved, but it still says status "not approved", instead of reverting back to "pending". So it seems to me that my account won't get checked again if it isn't pending. There is also no option to delete the account and start afresh. What to do now?

  We need at least 7 working days to verify them, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.
