Payoneer name and email missmatch

Did it happen to anyone here that their payoneer did not got aproved due to using different email and different name? I have payoneer for years, hence I work over an Upwork and Guru as well, tried out this freelancing platform, did a job, got money; but after contacting few times CS got totally ignored, never aproved and I can litterly cclose the account and leave them earned money..... Seriously on my opinion if I can give you a statment it is obviously my payoneer account, plus on that why would I attach someones else account to withdraw my own money? I find this, speicaly the ignore from CS after few times explaining situation ignored highly unprofessional and reatrded, specialy compared with other platforms where I never had any issue....

  I do apologise for any inconvenience caused by this delay. All those steps are here to guarantee your safety at the end of the day. Now, in our Terms and Conditions is it stated that a freelancer can have a profile under their legal name or under their company name. Both cases need to be verified by the appropriate legal document. In the first case, a national ID is required, in the second case an official company registration document.
  
  Having said that, if you want to keep "Magy Design" you have to send a document to prove that it is a legal company. If you are not able to do so, please send us a copy of a Government issued ID with all information clearly visible (Passport, Driver’s License or National ID Card) and I will change your profile name to match.
  
  Once you do so, and the name is changed we will also approve the Payoneer Account, since we will be able to match the information provided.
