RE-SUBMIT APPLICATION

PPH tell me re-submit my application and give me my real location. But my given location was real location and I attach my academic certificate as a evidence. But PPH again tell me re-submit and give my real name, why? Please help me.

    But i am clicking it. Its not coming up the application.
