Not letting me complete application (seller)

Hello!

I'm new to People Per Hour. I'm on the 'You're almost ready to start selling' page. I click Apply Now, and it opens up the 'Tell us about you' tab. 

I fill this in with all relevant info. Then press Continue. And it will not open the 'select your skills' tab. It doesn't do anything at all. 

Could it be some broken code? Or do you have limits on file sizes perhaps -- I have around 8 images in my portfolio. 

Any help would be very much appreciated!
