I cannot change my profile photo or bio despite numerous attempts and different browsers. My account has been rejected and is asking for further information but this is because I cannot update it

  i mistakenly added a profile picture, now i want to edit with my original picture but i did,t seen any change there,i want to upload my attached picture.i just submitted via  Fast Track!

  Hi, I am having the same problem, after spending quite a while building up my profile and paying five pounds to go on the fast track application process, I took the advice that I needed to change my profile picture and put more in the 'about' section but after doing this twice (and after trying to get the information to stick before I even clicked on 'apply', the changes I made did not take, and I've been rejected I guess because it looks like I've sent my application in 3 times apparently having not taken the advice to heart. Really disappointed as this looks like such a great place to work. Can you help? I don't think I've been rejected on account of inadequate qualifications.

  Hi there,

  My profile has been approved but I just wanted to make a few amendments in my bio. When I come to edit and save it doesn't see to process the save and it goes back to the original txt. Can you please help me?
