I'm trying to pay for an urgent job but I am unable to do so as your system isn't working properly.  Can you please fix asap.

  I am trying to pay a bill which says the balance is £290 but when I go through to pay via paypal. it becomes £319.60? very confused as the invoice needs to be correct?
