Hi,

I don't remember the answer to my security question in order to access my payments... is it possible to reset ?

  Hi Carl,

  Sorry to hear you have forgotten your security question. If you click on your profile picture and go to 'settings' you will see a section that says 'security question', please click edit and change it to your preference.
