Genuine profile pic

Hi,

I submitted my original application with a photo, but received a reply from PPH stating I had to resubmit my application with a 'genuine profile picture'. I have just re-submitted photos 3 times and finally got an email that it is accepted, but now I see the message when logging in on the site self...

Giving it a final go now with the community before giving up and move to something more customer friendly...

  Hi PPH,

  Can you please give me an update regarding the issue of "genuine profile picture" preventing me from access to your site. 

  As  I want to react to some posters, it is quite urgent.
