    I have been told to provide a genuine profile picture as it said a few changes need to be made to start selling. After uploading a new profile picture that shows my face I had an email saying that

    Just a Few Changes Needed on Your Application Before You Can Get Started

    Please provide your clear profile picture.

    Hi Team!

    I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.
