    It seems the profile picture issue has been resolved but I've received a mail that says "Thanks again for submitting your application. After a close review by our team, we’ve determined that we cannot accept your application as it doesn’t meet our requirements. At PeoplePerHour, we pride ourselves on the quality of our freelance community and we approve only a few but great applications."

    I don't understand why as I'm an expert on my field. Can you please help?

    Hi Team!

    I am a new seller user and selected week option for checking my account but I had to re-submit my profile for the 3rd time as it says I don't have a genuine profile picture. I've tried 2 different pics but same message.

    Can someone please help?
