Please post answer here!

I requested refund from seller which they approved.  PPH sent an automated message saying

 "The amount of £50.00 has been refunded to your PPH Account. Please note that a refund fee of £5.00 has been deducted."

Where is my refund going to be exactly? It needs to go back on my card where it was taken from.
