Thank you all for your feedback! Although we know how important a new feature could be, it is not always possible to proceed with the implementation as quickly as you may wish, due to various reasons. However, I want to assure you that we always listen to what our users say and value their opinion. I am glad to let you know that we have recently opened chat and phone to specific users and currently we are in the process of gathering feedback. Our main goal is to open chat and phone for all of our users, but for now, we are still monitoring the process as well as the cases we receive.

I have an urgent payment issue. I paid and money has been deducted from my account, but the PPH system does not reflect this due to PPH having IT issues yesterday. Live chat or a telephone number is now an essential. I can see why there isn't one, it keeps costs down, and forces everyone down the funnel of email. Email takes a day or two to get a reply. NOT good for a tech company in 2017.

we cant find invoices that we have paid and need for accountant whom is only in 1 day a week - so email is completely useless or at least if you will not have a phone number which is really not very expensive as I can afford one, then make sure all the invoices for jobs appear after they have been paid in an obvious place within my account like all other companies.
it is only acceptable to not have a phone number if your online presence is perfect, easily navagable, comprehensive and reliable - yours is not! - would not use PPH again because I dont have time to chase invoices as it does not earn us money and should be supplied or easily found.

I cant see the invoices for all these amounts anywhere, and one invoice is in USD, eventhough the address is here in the UK, its hard to see which invoice is for which debit amount, what was the exchange rate at the time of the transaction? please send all these invoices or explain where to download and which relates to which debit.
this is quite urgent as required for tax calculation - thank you

I joined and found the person that I wanted to offer the job to on this site. The job has not reached this man yet as the message is still 'under moderation' - however you have managed to post it - against my wishes - to your live site already. I have now been bombarded with offers from freelancers that I have no interest in dealing with. You have no contact number and no active customer service. This is a terrible business and very badly managed. I am going to cancel my membership immediately and go to another business who knows how to operate professionally and proactively. Awful!

The "submit" button on the contact us link does not work and hasn't done for months. PPH have funds belonging to me that I cannot get as I didn't know how to withdraw them and now am out of time. Customer support will not answer an e-mail, you have to use the "contact us link which does not work", a contact on Face Book promised someone to get in touch but I am still waiting, there is no phone number - I mean for goodness sake how on earth are you supposed to get assistance and your money!

I have an urgent query and no one is getting back to me.
I've completed work for a Client based in Sri-Lanka, I had my suspicions that things weren't legit but went ahead since he placed the deposit so I would be protected by "Seller protection".
This Client is now trying some sort of scam not to pay my invoice, the work completed and everything else is all recorded on the workstream, please help.
I haven't raised a dispute as I'm afraid that will negatively impact my rankings.

I am using a current credit card to pay a freelancers invoice but every time I try to make a payment the transaction is failing. I have checked. There is no issue with my card. Understandably our freelancer would like to be paid. Yet there is no way to contact you by email or phone. We wont use you again unless someone contacts us to resolve this issue. Its unacceptable not to have a telephone number for financial issues when people's livelihoods are at stake. Please call me on 07775 763365.

Have you ever seen a more unprofessional disorganized shambles of a business than PPH? They have a staff of 4 people and just totally ignore emails. Clearly the reason they won't have a support number or live chat is they are too scared because of the poor quality of the site and 90% of the freelancers who are presenting fake portfolios of other peoples work. They are along way behind Fiverr and going backwards fast.

A payment was taken on Friday, which dispute as we do not use this account, and have not since at least June 2018. Claire is no longer with the business.
