 Hi Kelly,

 

Good Day!

 

I have an existing ticket (#628919). It was opened last Friday and I am glad that a support took the ownership immediately and responded very well. However, as I followed up yesterday and this morning, I haven't received any feedback yet. 

 

The support told me that the PayPal account details is already good to get verified, but I have a strong sense that you will require me to provide additional documents to prove my identity. So I decided now to attached the supporting documents in that email and sent it already to your support email.

 

I believe those documents are already enough to prove that I am not a robot or malicious user. I even provided a screenshot of my bank transactions,remaining balances and as well as my Paypal transactions and Passport ID. 

 

With this, I am hoping that we could get this going as I really need to withdraw my earnings now for my fiancee's medical need.

 

I am hoping for your favorable response.

 

PPH is a great freelancing site we just need to get into the easier process.

  Thank you for your kind message.

  We will need at least 7 working days to verify your documents, so would request you to please be patient however we will try to get them verified as soon as possible. You won't get notified, however when you check your withdrawal accounts, it will appear as approved from us.

  Hi Kelly,

   

  My withdrawal accounts have been already approved and I commend you for this since it was exactly 7 days. 

  A while ago, after it was approved I immediately withdrawn my earnings hoping it could reach my local bank within Friday. The transaction records shows that my withdrawal is now being processed to my paypal account and will be completed within 1 working day. 

  So hopefully, tomorrow or by thursday, I can already see the amount in my paypal account. As you would know, once the amount is transferred in paypal I would need to wait again for another two days for it to reach my local bank.

  Hi Kelly,

   

  I would like to extend my gratitude to your whole team as you did a good job on my urgent request. My withdrawal request yesterday was already approved and my earnings has been transferred to my paypal account.

  It's just the identification documents  that will take a couple of days to be verified, but as long as you can provide all the requirements then there should be no delays or issues. Keep it up Guys!

  I have an existing client and the task is still "work in progress". So far I am enjoying my experience here and looking forward to be one of your top rated freelancers in the near future.
