You appear to have been charging me an admin fee every few months. What is this for? I will leave the service unless it is refunded, not cool!

  Hi Jo,

  Are you referring to the service fees? If so, 

  The service fee is 5% (excl. VAT) on all earnings over £500 (or €600 or $650) and 20% (excl. VAT) on all earnings below that. That means that if you reach that amount in monthly earnings your service fees will only be 5%.

  You can also invite new members onto the platform to do business together and all business you do with them will have 0% service fees. That can be done by sending them a link.

  I have been charged 20% inspite of my earnings of $1000, so I don't think you are following your own rules

  Refund my money i was not made aware, the money was sent to a member who had refunded me and i wasn't even aware i had money sat in the account, and its now been taken by pph, refund me the £20 i had in the account

  It so strange that I'm reading this rather than promoting their business they don't inform that the money is deducted not even via email (no mode of communication) and then that gives a bad image to this platform, Why would a place where you would want to grow do this?

  Everything is quite clear in terms of payments and fees, both when you join, and every time you visit the Payment section and withdraw your funds.
  The issue lies with you, not PPH.
